At 20/20 Window Cleaning we want to give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. After each cleaning we look over the job, but we do make mistakes, and this guarantee is there for those instances. You need to be confident that you are getting what you pay for. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, call us and we will be there at your door to fix or repair the mistake we made.

Here at 20/20 Window Cleaning we are confident that rain in itself will not spot your windows if your windows are clean. We stand behind our work 100%. Not only do we guarantee our workmanship, we will touch up the windows that are affected due to rain if it were to happen. If it rains on your windows with in a 72 hours of cleaning, we will come and touch them up at *NO CHARGE! Rest assured.

*This warranty only applies to residential customers only and does not include jobs that are spotted by rain roof run off. (Rain gutters are necessary) If we are called out due to anything other than rain touch up there will be a $60 service call. If there are any questions, please feel free to ask
