FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment at any time. It can be done by giving us a call or by email. If we are busy at the time of your call you can leave a voice message with your name, phone number, and we will call you shortly.°Top

How do you charge?
It is difficult to give an estimate over the phone due to the inconsistency in the size and types of windows, height, and overall levels of difficulties, each window presents. For that reason we will always try to be there within 24 hours of your calls (excluding weekends and holidays). °Top

Is it possible to clean windows that have a fog in between?
If the fog lies in between the two window panes, then it will be impossible for us to clean it unless that window was manufactured to take them apart to clean. What I suggest is first check the warranty to the window. Then if that is unavailable you will need to call your local window and mirror shop. °Top

Can you remove hard water, Paint or Cement?
Yes we can. It takes a little more work than a normal window cleaning but we can. 20/20 Window cleaning has over 20 years experience in the construction clean up field of window cleaning. °Top

Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?
I do clean windows when people are not at home, but I always recommend having somebody there when doing inside of residential homes. If the job is outside only then we can do your windows without anybody there. °Top

Will the rain spot my windows?
The answer to that is no? As rain is pure and has no impurities in it there is no way for the rain itself to hurt your windows. The reason that rain spots the windows is because of the dust and dirt that accumulates on the windows over time and the rain water collects and dries on the spot. When a window is clean, the rain water dries clean. There are some exceptions to this rule though.
